Over 20 years experience in the real estate industry. I started my career in real estate in 1988 as an investor specializing in per-foreclosures purchasing residential and commercial real estate. In the early 1990's I became a Realtor® with a specialty in handling difficult real estate situations and problem solving handling all aspects of real estate; raw land, subdivisions, residential, multifamily and commercial. 

I performed my first Short Sale in 1998 before anyone knew what a short sale was. Currently I hold over 5 different certifications and have professional relationships with over 12 lenders and asset management companies liquidating their real estate owned inventory. I have access to information where I can purchase commercial distressed or non performing Notes and Deeds of Trust straight form the banks at substantial discounts all across the nation.

About 2 1/2 years ago I started up team called the Eddings Group.  I brought in a partner, Caroline Loudenback who has allowed me to take our business to a whole different level, it was the best business move I ever done. We really can provide that professional level of service that is superior because we complement each other's strengths in different areas of the real estate spectrum.  

I take care of the regular real transactions as well. I have to remind potential clients yes I do all of the dirty work but I do the normal deals as well. If I am good at difficult transactions just think I good at the regular deals.

My main focus is to make sure everyone one of my clients has a very clear understanding what their options are educate them so they can have the knowledge to make the right discussion that best fits their particular situation.
