I have lived in the Tampa Bay area for over twenty years and I love everything about it. I love selling real estate throughout the entire area. I handle Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Hernando counties, which pretty much sums up all of the Tampa Bay area. I am a full time Realtor and I handle all of my clients professionally and with care. I try to make my clients deal as stress free as possible. I feel as the Realtor I am supposed to take care of the problems and present the solutions to my clients. Customer Satisfaction is my #1 goal. I have been working short sales for years and I have a great success rate for closing them. I love trying to help people with a bad situation and trying to make it as easy as possible to move on with out the hassle.
I handle listings and buyers equally and there is no house too big or too small for me. The size of the deal never matters as every deal has the same degree of importance to me. I also take my education very seriously as I have received my GRI accreditation. I continuously go to seminars and classes to make sure I have the knowledge you need and I have received a Remax sales award every year. I am very fluent with short sales, pre foreclosures, and bank owned properties.
