I pride myself in forming a trusting relationship with all of my clients. Most of my business is from referrals and past clients. This is why it is important to me to be honest and always work hard to understand the needs of my buyers and sellers. Meeting the needs of each individual client is my number one priority. My business and marketing plan vary depending on the individual situation. I have recently aquired a business partner who shares these same priorities. This new business relationship has helped us both to give all of our clients 110%. We are excited about our new venture and are looking forward to a prosperous future with many new clients to serve.
While primarily serving suburban Philadelphia, I have found that many clients are moving from the city to the suburbs. My business partner, Linda, and I both grew up in Northeast Phialdelphia and know the area well. We list many homes in the city and help many buyers find there homes there. Linda lives in Montgomery county and I live in Bucks county so we have the "tricounty" area pretty well covered and are willing and able to help buyers and sellers in any of these areas. If we feel an area is one that we are not as knowledgable in as we should be we have a large referral network within our office. We are confident that we can find the right agent for a prospective client that we can not serve 110%.
I am currently working with buyers and sellers in Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. I strive to give my clients 110%. My business partner helps me live up to this expectation.
