Janel relocated to the Savannah area from Western New York in January of 2004.  She immediately landed a position with a local builder outside of Savannah and fell in love with the new home construction industry.  From there she went on to earn her real estate license and has been helping families recognize the advantages of buying new homes ever since.  When she can not find an existing home to suit her clients needs, she enjoys walking them through the build process.  Janel currently sits on site at two new home communites in Pooler, GA.  She is primarily at Harmony near the West Chatham schools but spends some days at The Grove off Highway 80 in Pooler.  She invites you to come visit her today!

Janel's passion for the industry and continuing education has kept her abreast the competition.  In August and September of 2006 she was awarded highest number of units sold and highest dollar volume by an on site agent from the Homebuilders Association of Greater Savannah and Sales and Marketing Council.  She also went on to earn her certification as a New Homes Sales Professional in 2007.  Janel is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors and Savannah Board of Realtors.  

In her spare time, Janel enjoys scrapbooking, spending time with her two Weimaraner's (Saddie and Sampson), and running.  She hopes to one day participate in a Marathon.
