| Jason had helped us bought our first house. The search was a long process but Jason carefully selected properties that was safe for my baby and a desirable distance between work and church. He had played two roles. As an agent, he was prompt with having all the papers for escrow; he would make it convenient for us by bringing the papers to my home and work to sign. As a friend, he pointed out the pros and cons of purchasing a fixer upper/condo/single family home. Jason was able to introduce us to great brokers who would qualify us on a good price in order for us to broaden our search. the house we closed on had exceeded my expectations....we landed on a house that would appreciate well overtime. Even though it was a sellers market, Jason made it possible for us to own our first home. We would go back to Jason for future purchase. |
