The key to success in business is customer service. While many others claim to offer good customer service, I actually deliver on my promise. I give each and every client the exact level of service that I would expect to receive if I were a customer.
I've been in the mortgage business for about 6 years. During that time, I have helped countless first time homebuyers achieve their dream of homeownership. I am available days, evenings, and weekends to assist you with all of your home financing needs.
If I were to choose one area that I excel in, I would have to say it is with first time homebuyers. Nothing is more thrilling than watching someone realize their dream of owning their first home. While the first time homebuyer group is probably my favorite to work with, I also offer a wide array of additional types of financing. I am currently able to do purchase transactions up to 100% financing and I work with several non-profit agencies that can assist buyers to receive closing cost assistance, meaning my clients can actually buy a home with little to nothing out of pocket! In addition to 100% loans, I offer a wide array of products including conventional, FHA, VA, PHFA and construction financing. I also still work with credit challenged borrowers! And if a client's credit is just not quite where it needs to be to qualify right now, I will work with them to determine how to improve their credit situation so that they can be prepared to purchase a home in the near future.
