Lisa started in the mortgage business in 1988 working as a processor for a large mortgage company headquartered in Walnut Creek, CA Home Loan. Working hard to learn the business, she progressed to a loan officer position where she originated loans.

After gaining popularity and success as one of the best loan officers in the area, she was approached by Southtrust and started working there as a loan officer. Working for Southtrust for 13 years, Lisa became the manager and Vice President of Southtrust Mortgage where she lead the regional production for the area with over $250,000,000 in loan production annually and consistenly was listed in the top 10 mortgage originators in Walnut Creek by the Walnut Creek Business Journal.

Having a limited bank menu of mortgage options, in 2004, Lisa left Southtrust to be a part of Mission Community Bank, Inc. Lisa finds the environment at Mission Community Bank is more conducive to offering her customers a wider product menu and enabling her service to a wider clientele base.

She lives in San Luis Obispo with her husband Mark and daughter Alyssa.
