I love my job! Specializing in residential, I enjoy houses and having helped build my own home, have an astute understanding of the building and maintenance processes. I have over 7 years expierence as a licensed Realtor. I don't know all the answers, I just know who does. When I list a property, it becomes my baby until it is sold. When I work for a buyer, I will never say "that's all there is, so pick one", but will look as long as it takes. Until YOU know it is right. And you will. Janice Cole recently completed class work to earn the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, which is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation for realtors. Her three days of classes included a day of training in Inovative Marketing Techniques for Buyer's Representatives. After passing the tests and providing supporting documentation of activity, she was awarded the designation in July. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
