In 2006, Janet Kleen realized she could help families affected by the challenging economy and opted out of an early retirement to pursue a career in Real Estate. Specializing in residential and land properties, Kleen of Home Smart Realty, guides clients through trying times and finds them an array of solutions. Her dedication to great service and commitment remains sterling. “I wanted to get into this business because I knew there were going to be many people needing a helping hand,” Kleen said. “I wanted to find alternatives for people other than for them having to go through foreclosure.” Utilizing all the newest and latest technology, marketing remains another brilliant cornerstone of Kleen’s realtor savvy. Her extensive marketing includes a website which fans out both nationally and internationally to more than 80 major real estate sites. Prior to becoming a realtor, Kleen, a University of Arizona graduate, had a longstanding career in interior design with top-notch new home construction companies. In tandem, she invested in residential homes.

Our Buyer's Specialist, Janet Hoesing is originally from Texas and has lived in Temecula for 8 years. Before entering the real estate business, Janet worked for many years in the administrative and legal professions, in both the public and private sectors.  Her experience and passion for people is a unique combination that allows her to make the process of buying a home systematic and enjoyable. 

When a client decides to purchase a home in the Temecula area, Janet enjoys guiding them through such an important and exciting process, whether it is a first time buyer or a veteran home owner. When it comes time to relocate to the beautiful Temecula Valley, Janet is thrilled to help her clients find their dream home, while also working to ensure that each transaction progresses smoothly and expeditiously. When Janet is not assisting clients, she enjoy playing golf, traveling, photography and spending time with family and friends.
