This area of NH is famous for Lake Winnipesaukee and Lake Winnisquam.  In warm weather, boating, motorcycling and swimming  are the favorite pastimes and in colder weather, skiing, snowmobiling and ice fishing are popular.  The Lakes Region offers  variety of living styles, from  beautiful subdivisions like South Down Shores & Long Bay in Laconia to gorgeous waterfront mansions in Moultonborough and easy maintenance condos in Meredith.   I sell the Lakes Region because  I believe in the area and I love living here myself.  After years in corporate marketing and sales positions, I enjoy the easy pace of the region and all the outdoor fun it has to offer.  Live here full-time or buy a vacation home for the family to enjoy.  You'll love it here !
