Jim is a licensed Minnesota Real Estate Agent with Counselor Realty of Rochester, Minnesota.  He is part of The Phillips Property Group, helping clients buy and sell real estate primarily in the SE Minnesota area.  Jim also holds many industry designations and is very involved with the local community where he has lived and worked for most of his 50 years. He has extensive experience with technology, innovated marketing and real estate.

Jim served in the U.S.Marine Corps.  Currently he serves , or has served on a number of local boards and committees.   He is also serving on the local Red Cross Board and SEMAR MLS Committee.   Jim has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Winona State University.
