In the past Seventeen years, I've served as Director of Education, Director of Membership, President-Elect in 2006, and President in 2007. I was thrilled to be honored by my peers with the Realtor Acheivement Award in 2004 and in 2006 I was really honored to receive Realtor of the Year for North Central Washington Association of REALTORS.

Our community's quality of life is what sets us apart, and its preservation is very important to me! I've dedicated time and energy to the Central Washington Regional Planning Processes. in 2010, I served as Chairperson for the City of Wenatchee's Affordable Housing Committee and all that housing means to our community.
I particularly enjoyed devoting time to the Chelan-Douglas Community Trends Project. The project allows us to understand where we are in comparison to the nation, the state, and similar communities, and helps us to set goals that improve our quality of life.
The above cumulative experience benefits me personally and professionally! The enhanced knowledge and understanding of my community greatly enriches my Realtor-client relationships.
This new economy has created an extensive amount of work as a Distressed Home and REO Specialist. I have worked with Fannie Mae for the last decade but now am finding myself from the Canadian Border to Yakima taking care of Bank Owned Properties and working with local lenders to assist owners in selling distressed properties. This client allows us to embrace neighborhood stabilization beliefs and more often than not we hire local contractors to repair and spruce up our properties to welcome new owners. We have recently been staging about 6 out of 10 properties to make them more desireable and the neighbors love us for it.
My office is set up as a team with administrative assistant, positive knowledgeable selling agents in all our communities, and an overall accountability by me for our success whether representing sellers or buyers.
