I was educated in Bristol PA, taught school for a number of years before obtaining my real estate license. Marshall Associates was formed in the early 1960's which evolved into a Coldwell Banker Franchise. I downsized my operation in the late 1990's and am currently with Summit Realty, Hawley PA. Specializing in Buyer Agency, and the Commercial market. After experiencing the ups and downs of real estate for the past 50 years, I can tell you stories, stories amd more stories. A Recreational Wonderland

Wayne County and Pike County each share half of the lake area.
