With over 25 years in the real estate business, I still love what I do. I use my many years of experience to educate Buyers and Sellers in their options, quell their fears, and let them know when the deal is good. This has proved to be the best formula for their success in any market.
Having spent the last 21 years in Marin county, I have an excellent working knowledge of it. It is truly about lifestyle, as just about anything one could want is within close proximity. As with every area, however, each Marin community has its own unique personality and character, and I've spent over two decades becoming familiar with all of them. From schools, to micro-climates, to commute times, Marin offers a wide assortment of options, and while only about 80% of the county is buildable, the remaining 20% will accommodate many different needs and desires. For those for whom a short city commute is a high priority, southern Marin (Mill Valley, Tiburon-Belvedere, Corte Madera-Larkspur, Sausalito, Kentfield, Ross, and Greenbrae) is hard to beat. San Rafael and Novato are Marin's two largest cities, and each offers relatively good "bang for the buck." The real fun of contemplating a move to Marin, however, is the exploring...seeing all that Marin has to offer. Sometimes the menu almost seems too big!
