| Jackie was awesome from start to finish. I am a first-time buyer and she held my hand through the entire process. She was in constant contact with me and always returned my calls and e-mails in a very timely fashion. Jackie was extremely professional and very accomodating. | Jackie was just terrific in terms of knowing my needs and objectives, aggressively promoting the property and knowing how to engage the right buyer. She worked extremely hard in managing to close on my critical schedule with a difficult and slow mortgage process. | Jackie was just unbelievable. She went above and beyond what I thought a realtor was expected to do. She was there at the house when contractors came (before the purchase), and even waited at the house when I needed to take care of something after the purchase. | Jackie is well versed in real estate and did a lot of research on my behalf. I used Jackie as my agent to sell my current home and for the purchase of my new home. As my home sold quickly, Jackie extended her time and effort to finding me the home I wanted. A very thorough professional and managed to close on my old home and my new home same day. A lot of stress was avoided. She was great! Jackie was very helpful in keeping me well informed with information related on the sale of my co-op as well as up to date on the purchase of my new home. | Just wanted to express my happiness with a service that I was provided by Century 21 AA Real estate and your BEST realtor on Staff Jackie Connelly-Fornuff. Jackie is very knowledgeable, "stubborn" and reliable employee. I have never felt more comfortable with any realtor that I have ever dealt with in a past. Her skills are really superb and she is just not giving up. When I was told by many other Realtors, my deal would never happen, Jackie told me the opposite! When I met her for the first time, one of the first things she told me: " I will break my back selling this house" I thought to myself, I heard that so many times and it was only selling words, just to get my listing. Little did I know that it would be true. Everyone gave up on my house. Nobody gave a chance for any deal. I was ready to be foreclosed on. One one person that I know thought it was possible and it was Jackie. Open houses, advertisement all over internet, anything to sell this house she would do and it all paid off. I have been updated on weekly basis with a progress. Even when there would be no progress, I would still get an update. Her communication skills with a client, will make her very successful in this industry going forward. Emails, texts, blogs, posts, you name it, Jackie is all over it. After exhausting 9 months of work, papers, papers and more papers, she got it done! She saved me from foreclosure, she changed my life where I can have a fresh financial start and continue investing. When our son Bob decided that it he was ready to move out, we set out on the Journey with him in finding a place to live on Long Island. Of course, our concern was...can he afford it? We actually "stumbled" across Jackie Connelly Fornuff of CENTURY 21 AA Realty. We had contacted her, as she was the listing agent for a Co-op we were interested in. I'm so glad that we met her! Jackie quickly helped us realize that in this case, a Co-op wasn't the right home for our Son and was quick to come up listings of affordable houses, which were so much more suited for his lifestyle. Jackie is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, personable and TRUSTWORTHY. She makes herself available on such short notice to view homes. If at any time a question popped into my head...I would email her and get an answer back almost immediately. If it was a phone call, I'd receive a call back just as quickly. I think communication is what I appreciated about Jackie most of all, since things have changed so much since we purchased our home. There were many, many questions to be answered. After all, we were protecting our Son! She really put us at ease. Jackie went the extra yard to help us and we appreciate her perseverance so much. At one point, the house that Bob was very interested in went off the market...it was under contract. He was so upset. You cannot imagine how thrilled we were to get a call from Jackie 2 mos. later to let us know...the House was back on the market! She kept her on eye on that house for him! I'm so thankful to Jackie for helping our son to GET THAT HOUSE and for enabling him to live his dream. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone in our position. She will treat your kids like her own! |
