If you have been on the Ed Kaminsky website, you'll notice their average customer are million dollars and up homes. Imagine my dismay when my husband hired Ed and his team to sell our little 3 bedroom townhouse. What does Ed know about people like me?! Boy, did Ed prove me wrong! Ed Kaminsky Real Estate helped us sell our home in Manhattan Beach while we were living in Texas. I am still SHOCKED about how much stress they handled on our behalf. I had a Hermosa Beach Home that was up for sale for 5 months in 2014. It had a fantastic 180 degree view and in tip top shape. We had several people look at the house but could not even get an offer from the previous realtor. After meeting with Tina & Ed, we signed documents, and arranged to have the home "staged". As it worked out, the house was SOLD for the amount we asked long before we could even get it staged. The Ed and Tina Team cannot be beat! They are very experienced, and very easy to work with. Don't waste time going with another Realtor; go with the best from the start.

We have been working with Carmen and Tina from Kaminsky group to sell our SFH in PV. The property was selling through my relocation company and Tina is qualified as a relocation selling agent. A few months before we worked with them, we had been with a local agent referred by my relo for entirely 6 months with only 2 low ball offers. Initially, when Carmen approached to us to discuss the selling, we didn't have a high expectation that it can be sold soon, as it was late-winter and early spring. However, since all of us had left LA already, it would not hurt to let her had a try. As well, Carmen promised to take a good care of the empty home. So, we signed a only 9-weeks contract to have them list it on market--a little price cut but still within our acceptable range. Surprisingly, within four days, we received four offers, two of them are very close the listing price. Tina asked for a second round counter offers, and we ended up with an all-cash offer at listing price. After 30 days, I received final payment from my relo, and the sale was closed with buyer on 35th day. In general, I feel that this team is very aggressive. they are working 100% time and efforts on this business, they do staging, photos, advertisements and open house with their full hearts, they treats real estate as their profession and career. They are not sitting there waiting for offers, but try to pursue each potential customer they found. Secondly, during the closing process, I feel they stand closely with us on inspection, repairing and relo documents. We felt being strongly supported even though we are out of town. they took care a lot of things in negotiations to ensure a smooth closing. Finally, Carmen is very responsive, she texted back my message usually within 5 mins, very polite and professional. We strongly recommend this team without and reservation!!!

The only thing we regret, regarding Ed and his team, is that we have not 'Yelped' them sooner! Ed and his team did an amazing job selling our family home in Palos Verdes Estates in 20 days on the 'Prestigious Paseo Del Mar!' We cannot begin to say how much we appreciated all that Ed and his team has done for our family. Our situation was a very complicated and unusual one and we know that it tested all of Ed's patience. We interviewed numerous of realtors before we decided to use Ed and his team and they definitely amounted up to our expectations and then some. There's good, there's better, there's a lot better and then there's the Kaminsky Team. For our Hermosa Beach rental house, we ONLY use Ed's team. They are prompt, efficient, communicative, flexible, knowledgeable and diligent. They have helped figure out how to stage the property and have assisted in deciding on renovations. Ed sold me the condo 7 years ago and his office staff was so amazing that I knew when it was time to sell no one but Ed would get the listing. The market changed quite a bit and I was concerned that it could take a few months to sell especially since we were in the middle of the holiday season.
