I have many years experience in commercial lending and have financed all types of propties and all size loans. I have developed close relationships with a network of funding sources. My goal is always to obtain the best financing for the particular client.

 We can obtain financing ranging from prime commercial bank loans to hard money deals. Loan size is from $100,000 to $30,000,000. All types of properties are eligible; and we will do loans anywhere in the country.
