I am a twenty year Navy veteran. I became a real estate inspector after purchasing my home in Juneau after my last transfer.  It was a "long distance" real estate deal.  The "Engineer Report" I received was incomplete.  When I arrived at my new home, after the "repairs" I found ankle deep water in the crawlspace, a metal roof with edges that looked like the fenders of an old truck, and rotting windows, just to list a few of the highlights. 

I thought, "I can do better."  And now I do.  I represent the buyer or the seller, and my reward is doing a good job.  I especially want no buyer to go through the heartache of having to spend thousands on their "new" purchase, because they didn't know about the warts BEFORE they signed the bottom line.
