After 30 years in the Real Estate Industry, one could say that I am a "veteran" at helping my clients both buy and sell.
FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS are close to my heart. They as well as re-entry buyers benefit from my knowledge of down payment assistance and grant programs.
I believe in communication, and believe this is one of my strongest virtues. Whether you have a home that is a tough sale or are a buyer with little cash, I will work hard to get the job done.
I live in Placer County (Auburn) but am active with my customers in most of the tri-county area Placer, Nevada, Sacramento.
I'm a Christian. I love the Lord and how He directs my life. My grandkids are fun! All but one are grown with two starting families of their own. God is good.
I'm active in my church and love to sing, garden, paint, cook, I am knowledgeable in wine making (Zinfandel) and viticulture (I can help you find vineyard property OR a vineyard lifestyle).

| We bought a Single Family home in Auburn, CA. We are so thankful we had Ingrid as our real estate agent. As first time home buyers, it was so helpful to have someone who knew all the ins and outs - I know she saved us a lot of time and money because of that. She explained the home buying process upfront and made sure we were well informed about the things to follow (i.e. taxes and insurance). Her availibilty made all the difference, as we were always able to reach her, had all our questions answered quickly and able to view homes as often as we wanted. | Rick and Ingrid were spot on for value of my home and got full list price even though we had built-in a small negotiating buffer. Professional and tenacious Ingrid took care of the staging and marketing Rick addressed functional details and worked with inspectors and appraisers. We listed, got it spruced up and it SOLD while I was on vacation! No living in a fish bowel for months. My only negative comment is for Ingrid, where patience was not her strong point. She is a mover and gets things done NOW. But, you know, that's part of what made my house sell. My purchase on the other end was exciting. Rick and Ingrid coordinated the closing and moving so that I was never without a roof over my head. Not an easy deal so to speak. Thank you both. |
