I am a certified home stager, I have trained with Redesigning Interiors.  I am a member of The Society of Decorating Professionals.  I have been in the design field for over 10 years with my main focus being in the faux finish  and stencil artisan field.  The past 5 years have been a greater focus on design as a full service company.  I have done several Parade Homes for a select few builders.   I am also certified in color selection, therefore having the edge on choosing the best colors for better home sales.  That being said, as a home stager I can walk in a home and make simple solutions to problems in the selling market.  Often it is only a mattter of furniture placement or the wall color.  I also work with  certified organizers should that be an issue.  The difference between the realtor making change suggestions and a certified home stager is that I am able to be more open and clear on what needs to be changed because that is the sole purpose I am there for.  I go through a home with the homeowner and we go from the curb, the entrance to the home, through each room of the home, and also address the back of the home at great length making suggestions as we go through.  The consultation is very complete and the homeowner then has the option of making these changes themselves or our team of experts will come in and do the work for the homeowner at a set fee.  There is no cost to the agent, all work is done with the homeowner with the end goal being the home will show well producing a quicker sell time and at a greater amount.   I am will to work with the agent also if this is preferred by them.  Gift certificates are available to agents at a reduced rate to give to a homeowner as a token gift for placing their listing on the market with you.  This helps both you and also myself.  Please check out my website and give me a call.  Thank you for your time, Linda

Having the certification and the background in design and color it is a matter of seeing is believing.  The transformations to a home is so critical in the showing process - if it doesn't show well - it doesn't sell well.  When I am going through with the homeowner they are writing and I am talking.  The process is clear and concise - we each have a copy of the evaluation.  The money put into staging is most always less than the reduction price of a home.  Why reduce when we can PRODUCE - great homes that look great too!
