To start off I was born in Las Vegas and lived here all my life so I can tell you just about anything you would want to know, good and bad. I grew up with my brother, sister and parents who have been in Real Estate just about there whole life so you can say I was born into Real Estate and absolutly love it. I have 2 certifications in Real Estate, my RRG and GRI. i am working on my e-Pro as well as getting my Broker's license. I think any buyer would want to work with me just for my general knowledge of the Las Vegas market. I look forward to working with anyone on this site. It seems like a myspace for professionals.
I started in Real Estate buying foreclosures down at the court house. my family and I would rehab them and then resell them for profit, most of the time. If this is something that you are looking to try and buy I would be the best one to help you because I know what I am doing. I did it.
