| Iliana was extremely helpful during every step of the home buying process! Being first time home buyers she encouraged us when we felt discouraged, shared her insights with us regarding neighborhoods, taxes, mortgages, appraisals, everything. She knew the neighborhoods we were interested in (solid local knowledge) and even showed us homes that she had a sense were not in neighborhoods we would be happy in. She was patient and kind. When our first attempt at finding the right home did not happen because we left the country for work (we work on yachts) , she happily started the whole process over with us upon our return 7 months later! We simply could not have chosen a better Real Estate Agent! We recommend her 100% and will certainly be lifelong customers. |

We enlisted her services to buy our current property and sell our previous property. We had been working with a less sophisticated agent until that point.
