Hi! I'm a lifelong resident of the Danville area and have much experience in the housing industry. I have been a Realtor since 1996 starting my career with considerable success with Coldwell Banker. In May of 2012 my wife Heather Cunningham opened a new Real Estate Company called Classic Homes Realty. Previous to Real Estate I owned my own retail Interior Design Center in Danville, my exposure to many homes in the area has been a useful tool for my success in real estate. I have years of experience working with local contractors and have a vast network of contacts. Being a lifelong resident of the East Central Illinois area I feel that my market experience and knowledge base is just the right formula for assisting buyers and sellers achieve their goals and dreams.
