I am currently a Marketing Major at Oregon Tech and have many years of marketing schooling under my belt. Martketing your home successfully can be as easy a simple phone call to my office. In this current economy, you need someone who can put your house above the rest and get it sold quickly.
From a buyers perspective, I am always ready to take on any project large or small. I enjoy being there for my clients in the hunt to find their dream home. I find this profession very satisfying at the end of each day!
My main area of expertise is Marketing. I have 3 years under my belt as a Marketing Major at Oregon Tech and I am one final term away from completing my Associates degree in Marketing and Sales and an Associates degree in Business Management at Klamath Community College.
I do very well with high end homes, lower income properties and everything inbetween. Always marketing them to their fullest potential and gaining top dollar for my clients.
I find that most potential buyers like to see homes that are staged and presented properly. I have the ability and knowledge to find just the right listings that my clients are looking for.
