Having complete the Senior Real Estate Specialist training Rick proudly displays the designation SRES. The specialized training included overviews on capital gains taxes, reverse mortgages, 1031 exchanges, estate planning, probates, trusts, holding title, senior housing options and elder abuse. A senior himself, Rick said he took the training so that he could "comfortably, effectively and patiently counsel clients with financial and legal options in all of their real estate transactions."
