Our company has been in the real estate business since 1919 and has very high standards for it's agents. We stress service to our clients to make selling their property as easy and understandable as possible. The same family has owned and nurtured the company into one of the top real estate agencies in the CSRA community.
I joined BLANCHARD AND CALHOUN because they stress ethics and training to help their agents give the best service possible to our clients. We are starting a new system, to us, of marketing that will give our clients a greater advantage in listing and selling their property. This system is relatively new to the real estate industry but has proven to be highly effective. We also assist people relocating into and out of the area.
I can help first time buyers better understand the process of buying a home by explaining the system and supplying information on the steps involved. We also offer a "First Time Home Buyers" class, they can attend for free, which also gives them information to help them understand the process. I have access to any listings within the CSRA community as well as throughout the state. I can list any property and make sure it get the maximum exposure possible.
I am licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. I can list or show anything in the Central Savannah River Area(CSRA).
