I realize that the buying or selling of your home is one of the most important transactions of your life. I specialiaze in residential homes and as your Real Estate Consultant, I make it my priority and my focus to ease the emotional journey of a real estate transaction for everyone involved.
Today's market requires something other than just another real estate agent. It requires someone who has specialized knowledge about this market and understands your dilemma. Rather, we have to be problem solvers and good negotiators, which is what my expertise includes. This is especially true in today's market due to the many distressed properties.

Besides holding a certification through Short Sale Genius as a short sale specialist, I also have hours and hours of training and experience working in the trenches and continually educate myself on today's market climate. Many agents who say they're experts at short sales, end up with bank foreclosures, simply because they allow the bank to control them. 90% of my short sales have closed successfully.
