After touring nationally and internationally in numerous musical productions as a vocalist and a dancer, I now effectively employ my communication skills in assisting my clients with their real estate transactions.

| Carey is an exceptional realtor. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the Hoboken market, but she is also personable, professional, and responsive. Buying my first condo was a very stressful process, but Carey made everything easier for me by answering all my questions quickly and guiding me every step of the way. As was said in other reviews, she is also just a really good person who goes above and beyond her realtor duties. My car died the day of my closing and Carey stayed with me after closing until I could figure out how to get it jump started. I cannot say enough good things about her. | In short, Carey is phenomenal to work with and her results spoke for her. Her knowledge of the local market is impressive but what completely separates her from other agents is her proactive attitude and her focus on the customer. Within 48 hours of contacting Carey we had professional photos taken, ads posted to numerous sites and an agreed upon lease format including additions/edits that were specific to our property. In addition, Carey provided immediate feedback to improve the experience perspective renters had when they viewed our property. Carey was two steps ahead the entire way through and made us feel very comfortable and confident. Most important, after numerous showings we found quality renters within a week! I would recommend Carey to anyone selling or renting a home in the Hoboken area. You will not be disappointed. |

| Carey has been a friend. She has helped us list and sell our home within a week. That is from the time we spoke to her to the time that we accepted a bid among multiple bids. From the moment we told her we wanted to sell, she formulated a plan, helped us clean and stage the home, and listed it.
