I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Garner, Raleigh, Clayton, Benson, Mcgees Crossroads area, Cleveland area, Four Oaks, Angier, Fuquay-Varina, Cary, and any surrounding areas that you are looking to buy or sell your home. I keep current on all transactions in these areas, including mortgage, loan, title insurance, building code, and inspection services. I am also very knowledgeable about the local area, including schools, medical and emergency facilities, and the latest on development coming to the area.

A Glimpse of Me
I am a hometown girl born and raised in Southern Wake County and I attended Garner Senior High School and graduated from Southeast Raleigh High School. As a psychology major at Meredith College, I gained a lot of knowledge and experience with people. Growing up, I was always busy with extra-curricular activities for school, church and sports. My current hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling, participating in scrapbooking weekends, with friends and volunteering with various school programs and community organizations. For eight years I have been married to my loving and supportive husband Christopher Singletary. We share two precious sons ages six and three, that we think hung the moon. Being a domestic engineer (stay-at-home wife and mom) for six years, I know that the home is a starting place of love and dreams.

I have been described as an active and determined individual, so when I put my mind to something, I always get it done. I will put my experience and real estate expertise to work in accompanying you as you search for the place you too will call home.
