I have lived in Vancouver for 30yrs and I am the perfect resource for what the market is doing in each neighborhood. Prior to obtaining my real estate license, I was a Sr. Apprentice for a Certified Appraiser for 4yrs before opening a successful appraisal company in 2005. I also obtained my real estate license the same year. After 10 yrs. in the appraisal business, I realized that I enjoy getting to know people and helping them to achieve the American dream of home ownership. I LOVE seeing my clients and friends happy! I am a other to tow amazing sons, Quienten (17) and Benjamin (9) who both play premier soccer and in the fall I coach the King's Way Middle School Volleyball 7th and 8th grade teams. I love to golf, ride quads, play indoor/outdoor volleyball and spend time with family.
