I specialize in residential property primarily in Henrico County, Hanover County and the City of Richmond, Virginia. I am a third generation Realtor and the family brokerage started by my grandfather still services the Washington, D.C. area. 

When helping people looking to sell their home, I focus on helping owners identify what makes the biggest difference to buyers without spending lots of money and time to get their home on the market, and then leveraging my experience in marketing and technology to get the home sold. When it comes to helping buyers I guide them along the process with several tools including my Home Buyer's Guide a resource developed to help buyers save money and reduce the stress and headaches often associated with the home buying process.

With a background that includes a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech, a Master of Rehabilitation Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University, and experience in residential property management, print and internet marketing, international travel, information technology, graphic design and photography I have a wealth of experience to draw on.

Along with being a licensed Realtor, I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia, which helps me listen and understand what my clients are really looking for when it comes to buying or selling a home.

One last thing to mention, my service extends far beyond our initial transaction. I frequently consult with clients to help them identfy their true goals which sometimes means encouraging them to not sell their home or to go in a direction they may not have thought of to most economically reach their goals. I also offer referrals to other professionals such as contractors, movers, plumbers, day care, insurance, and many other professionals – including Realtors in other areas so you can have a trusted adviser if you happen to move out of the local area.
