I specialize in New Home construction. I work with a local builder in the area listing and selling his beautiful coastal living spec homes. Before I list the homes I help pick out the floor plan and suggest any interior modifications that would be more family friendly. I then do all the selections on the interiors, such as paint colors, lighting fixtures, flooring, bath fixtures,cabinets,exterior colors, and granite. Out of state home buyers can be comfortable knowing they have a knowledgable professional inside and out of the home! I work with the builder throughout the entire building process.
