My husband and I moved to the U.S. from England in 1995 due to a job transfer opportunity with Intel. I previously worked at Intel for 10 years in Human Resources and was fortunate to be able to stay home to raise our 4 boys while they were young.
In 2005 I decided to start my Real Estate Career. I believe my HR background and numerous groups of people I have got to know in the community has greatly helped my business succeed. I pride myself in my ability to critically think through difficult situations, effectively negotiate to my clients benefit and provide a high level of service with timely and knowledgeable communication that constantly keeps my clients informed.
I continually educate myself to ensure I am kept up to date with all the latest trends and technology to ensure my marketing and processes are the best they can be.
From my personal experience of relocating from another country and understanding how different the real estate process is handled, I have been able to help many clients relocate to this area. I take time to explain and educate to ensure the smoothest transaction as possible during an often very stressful time.
I am experienced with Short Sales, Foreclosures, First Time Buyers, New Home Construction, Senior Living and Traditional Buyers and Sellers.

| We were new to the Country, therefore, first-time buyers in the US. We had no idea about good or bad neighborhood's or the buying process. As Julie is also English, she was able to pre-empt our questions and also furnished us with key information about what to look out for and what to expect. She was very knowledgeable about mortgages and the mortgage process. It wasn't always easy for us to view houses during the normal working day, but she was very flexible and accommodating with our requests. | Julie sent me an email with a foreclosure listing in Placerville she thought we might be interested in. We made arrangements to meet at the property that very day. My husband and I fell in love with it, and Julie wrote up an offer that same evening. The offer was accepted by the bank, and believe it or not, we had the keys to our new home within two weeks. Julie then worked hard to sell our Folsom home, holding open houses every weekend. We had several offers, and it was sold within 6 weeks. She did such a great job! Buying and selling a home can be stressful at times, but we felt that Julie held our hand and walked us through the process without any pressure at all, reassuring us the whole time.
