| It was a true pleasure working with Josh Anderson. Although it was a very difficult decision to short sale our home, we first consulted with Josh regarding the pros and cons of a short sale and other possible options. He had a wealth of information and resources that he freely shared with us. After much thinking we again contacted Josh who handled our sale. Josh was always available to answer the many questions we had about the process. As letters came in from different divisions of the lender, Josh's famous words were, "just give them to me and I will handle it." And, he did. After our discouraging experience and uphill battle in dealing with wish-washy lenders and realtors, Joshua stepped in and took the reigns on our short-sale process. Within a week or two, suddenly everything was on track. Communication with the banks involved, finding a buyer; the whole process couldn't have been smoother!
