Hi, I'm John Koch the owner of Home Quest, LLC. I've been inspecting homes for over 12 years. At this time I've inspected over 4000 homes. They range in size from condominiums to large estates, and in age from new homes to over 200 years old.

I am certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), licensed by the State of Connecticut (license # HOI 60), and I am a member of the Connecticut Association of Home Inspectors (CAHI). But most importantly, I am an inspector that will provide a thorough inspection of the home and explain the home to you in plain English.
