I have worked with a wide variety of Buyers -- from First-Time Homebuyers to those that have owned past homes are are relocating to our area. I always start with a "Buyer Consultation" so that Buyers are comfortable with the overall process -- from setting a budget, to the time-line from beginning the search to Closing day.
