About Me
Hi, I’m David Medendorp, a lifelong resident and proud advocate of the Muskegon and Grand Haven areas in Michigan. I’m married to my amazing wife, Erin, and we have a wonderful family: our 21-year-old daughter Paige, two sons—Riley (19) and Chandler (17)—who love exploring the great outdoors with me, and my adult daughter Brooklyn, who enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Cody and friends.
I began my real estate career in 1987 and founded Medendorp Real Estate Group in 1997. In 1999, I earned the prestigious CCIM designation, signifying expertise in commercial real estate, including brokerage, leasing, valuation, and investment analysis. After joining ALT Property Management LLC as a broker in 2008, I relaunched Medendorp Real Estate Group in 2016.
With decades of experience, I bring extensive knowledge of the Muskegon real estate market and financing strategies, specializing in closing complex deals. I’m deeply committed to my community, actively participating in organizations like the Muskegon Area Jaycees, Muskegon Chamber of Commerce, and Kingdom Life Church.
