My career began as a REALTOR in 1986 providing service to both sellers and buyers. Assisting buyer mainly with FHA & VA Loans in the beginning. Marketing foreclosed properties including HUD REO’S, Bank owned and Corporation owned properties, as well as, owner occupant homes. This last year, my business model is centered around helping 1st. Time Buyers, and Home Owners. My day is make is when I am a part of helping some one else's goal or dreams come true.
As an experience Real Estate Agent, I believe in staying up to date on what is going on in today's market. I do that by attending training every chance I get. Because of that, I have a few Certifications that enables me to help more clients realize their dream or reduce the amount of stress they have to deal with.
