Get to Know Erv Bordner
Hi, my name is Erv Bordner. I just want to give a brief history of my self. I have been in the real estate profession since August of 2004. I can not be any more happier than I am now. I work with incredible people and not to mention, I get to meet new people on a daily basis from all parts of the world.
I currently reside in the Rincon area. However, I have been living in the Savannah area for nine years. I have two sisters that live here as well. I love animals and I enjoy playing with my dog Lucy. She is a handful but brings much joy to my life. In my free time, I devote as much time as I can to the Y.M.C.A. I enjoy working with children of all ages and teaching them the fundamentals of various sports programs.
I speak Spanish as a second language. I spent two years, in South America, in 1988-1990. This is where I learned to speak Spanish as a missionary. I enjoy meeting people from the latin culture. They are very humble and so easy to talk to. I just wish I knew how to cook as well as some of the people that I have had the pleasure of knowing.

I have been Licensed as a Realtor since August of 2004. I am currently a Member of Savannah Area Board of Realtors (SABOR), Member of National Association of Realtors (NAR), Distinguished Sales Society (DSS). I have recieved the following Designations: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Georiga Realtor Institute (GRI)
I currently specialize in Military & Corporate Relocation, New Construction, Re-Sale, Acreage, First time Home Buyers and Investment Property.
