Hi, my name is Heidi Kelley and I am proud to say that I'm a life long Rhode Islander. I grew up in Riverside and graduated from EPHS (go Townies!!).
I became a Realtor simply because I wanted to give clients the customer service and education every home seller or buyer deserves. I also love to see a clients face when they've just been told "Congratulations, you've just bought or sold your home."
Every client is unique and has special needs and wants, and it's my job to help you address these. When you work with me as a buyer or seller the number one thing you can expect is clear, concise, regular communication. I also will expect feedback and communication from you.
I have my ABR designation (Accredited Buyers Representative) and am a Certified Military Housing Specialist.
My speciality is in working with first time home buyers, Veteran's and Seniors.
Every group has its own needs which need addressing when buying or selling houses. I pride myself on being honest, communicative and considerate of your priorities when working together.

| Purchasing a home has its own unique set of stressors. This is true even when the transaction is seamless. Add a short sale and a buyer that lives roughly 3000 miles away, and the list of possible mishaps increases exponentially. Heidi’s professional attitude allowed her to work flawlessly with me in acquiring a second home. She used her extensive knowledge to ensure there were no surprises throughout the entire transaction. She took the time to explain concepts unknown to the layman, and treated each query I had with expedience. Working with Heidi was a wonderful and rewarding experience. Her empathy and understanding of the strains related this type of purchase were exceptional. The bottom line is I have no plans to purchase additional properties in Rhode Island without first contacting Heidi |

| When deciding to sell my home and relocate I was leery of the realtors I spoke with then I met Heidi Kelley. To her I was more than just a number. Her honesty, collaboration, and communication were what made selling my home so easy. She is educated on the current market (something that seems incredibly rare in many of the other realtors I spoke with). She was always available to answer any and all of the many questions I had. She made a process, which can often seem overwhelming and tedious; into a painless, seamless transaction. It’s about the services she offers, and not about a sale. | Our experience with Heidi Kelley as our Real Estate Agent was amazing. A reliable friend referred her to us and once we met with her for our first time, my husband and I felt confident that she could help us find a home for our growing family. We were so excited to start this new chapter and so was she. She was direct, supportive, organized, was extremely professional and most of all had great communication. We are a Military family and the VA loan has some different regulations that we both had to learn along the way. With that being said, it was so smooth and almost stress free, and I was 8 months pregnant. We found our home within a month, amazing. We will and have referred her to our friends. We have not only found a great Realtor, but a friend!!! We feel so blessed. |
