I'm currently working on my CRB, E-Pro and CHIPS Designations. 

My Clients remain my first concern and that is the main reason I continue my Education.  When attending College, I enrolled with Real Estate Law, Taxation, and Finance and Appraising.

 When I'm not working to help you regarding a Real Estate issue, then I'm working to keep myself up dated on the DAILY, WEEKLY, and MONTHLY changes we are experiencing within the Real Estate Industry.  

When you chose to work with me, you benefit from my 25+ years of experience.  You will learn quickly, I'm there when you call.  It is rare you have to leave a message when you call me. " I've made it my business, to make my business all about you".

I was one of several Corporate Broker/Managers for the Top Producing Century 21  company in the world for 5 consecutive years.   The training and attention to our clients needs and wants, allowed us to generate in one year alone, over one Billion in gross closed commissions through-out the company.  This is un-attainable without Education and the Focus of ones trade. 

I've made it my mission to be involved with Real Estate Trade Associations like the National Association of Realtors, the Nevada State Association of Realtors and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.  Almost from the very beginning of my career I've been involved either as a committee member, an appointed  Chairperson of numerous committees and lastly as an elected Leader  of our local Association. 

 I've been directly involved in the Real Estate needs of the private home owner by getting involved with our local Political PAC .  This allows us to Lobby for the rights of home owners like you.   As an example; The Realtor Board PAC allowed  us to fight to keep the Mortgage Interest as a tax deduction for private homeowners.  This was something we almost lost a few years back when the Federal Government was looking for more tax dollars. 

We as Realtors, contribute annually to this PAC in order to send our deletes  to Washington D C to let them know what's happening in the Real Estate community at the grass roots level.   This is just a sample of how we fight for your home ownership rights.  If you are interested in more information as to what we do, contact me at:   HoneyBorla@cox.net

This is in addition to all the direct education I've received over the past 25 years through the Real Estate industry.

When the market changed several years ago, I decided to attend a three day training class held in Las Vegas. I was a loan officer from 1994-1998.

    I was one of only three Realtors to attend this class.  This was a course  that HUD developed to bring Mortgage Brokers, loan originators, loan processors, underwriters and appraisers, all current with all the changes that were made through the federal government.   Between 2008 and 2009 there where over 300 changes that took place in the financial industry. This class helped bring many of us up to speed at the time.  I have continued to maintain the same level of education as the market continues to change. 

In order to be the best we can be for our home owners and our future homeowners, it is the responsibility of each and every Real Estate Agent to see that they are on top of the ever changing Real Estate Industry.    All this is to benefit you. It is my belief that we must always keep improving ourselves and by doing so, we are able to make a difference in your life.
