Steve and I and our staff have been serving Maryland and the surrounding states for over 15 years.  We began our company from the gournd up, began as 2 and have grown into up to 15 to 20 at times. 

Steve began auctioneering about 25 years ago with his father, as a hobby.  He would help his father on weekends when there was an auction, as he had another full-time career.  We both enjoyed the people we got to meet and when Steve's father passed on Christmas Day years ago, he decided to take the business where his father only dreamed.  We started a full-time business serving a large customer base.  We therefore, started from nothing except a few pieces of equipment that his father left behind, ie sound system, mobile office and sought to gain recognition in our community and abroad. 

We became licensed in Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Virginia.  We are Licensed Auctioneers and Licensed Realtors.   We also added another service that sometimes go hand and hand with an auction company, which is becoming a Certfied Personal Property Appraiser.  Our belief is in order to do an excellemt job for a client, you must meet them personally.  We meet with every potential client personally.  Always offering free consultations for any of our services.  We then prepare a proposal with our plan of action which details what we feel is the best plan of action for your situation.  We personally make sure that every event is handled from start to finish and if there is ever any issue, we are alwys accessible as we are hands on.

The key to a successful auction is marketing.  Whether we are selling Real Estate or a painting, you must market.  Our marketing campaigns are unbeatable.  We prepare aggressive marketing campaigns to suit each individual situation.  We go over above to market by way of mass mails, print ads, mass emails...Unless you market, you will have no attendees.  Our goal is to make as as much money as possible for our clients for if they don't make money, our company doesn't make money.  We often here, when it comes to auction, "Well we don't want to give it away"  Many think auction is a give away.  What people don't understand until they participate is that items sold at auction sell for market value.  When you have 300 people in one place bidding on an item, it will sell for exactly what it is worth always and it sells in one day.  It is the most efficient way to sell.
