I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and a Masters in Guidance and Personnel Services which have prepared me to work with people from varying backgrounds, and enable me to negotiate effectively. Selecting the right Realtor is crucial to making sure your real estate transaction is worry free and done correctly. That is where I will put my expertise to work for you. Whether you are buying or selling real estate, getting a signed contract is just the first step. You need an experienced and knowledgeable agent to help you throughout the whole process. I can tell you what you need to know about each step of the process, from setting up home inspections to coordinating the necessary and/or required exchange of information between you and all the parties involved until settlement is completed. After your home is settled and closed, I will still be available to you to answer any questions that may arise. I am a member of the board of directors for the Vashon-Maury Senior Center, a not-for-profit corporation, that strives to improve the social, intellectual, physical, and mental health and well being of seniors by providing programs and services. In addition, Windermere has a long tradition of giving back to the communities in which it serves through its Windermere Foundation and its corporate-wide support of community service by its associates. The Windermere office on Vashon supports the Puget Sound Blood Bank, volunteers for the Food Bank, raises funds for the Windermere Foundation, and participates in numerous local fundraising activities. Each year in June we dedicate an entire day to a community service project.
Certifications
I work mainly on Vashon Island which I am proud to call home. Being a small community, I work with both Buyers and Sellers. In addition to residential real estate, I also work with vacant land. Vashon has many different issues that one might not find in a city, such as septics, wells, wetlands, and more, each of which I am familiar with and able to guide my clients through. I pride myself in my attention to detail and communication skills which in addition to excellent customer service are the bedrock of my business.
