At Happy Home Stager, LLC our focus is to help Homeowners and their Real Estate Agents define that story so that their house will appeal to ALL prospective buyers. We provide the guidance for you to succeed. Our written consultations come with green guidance at no extras fee because we believe green should be the norm.
I am proud to be a Small Business Owner. In 2006, I received training from Staged Homes, the US leading Staging training company. My love for color, design & the arts began as a child. My mother taught ceramics from our basement and I always loved seeing the paint transformations once the kiln was opened. I have studied Clay Animation, Design Drafting, Interior Design, Art Therapy & Sculpture.
There has always been another side to me - being highly detailed so Staging has been the perfect fit.

OUR SERVICES:
Staging for Lifestyles:For folks just moving into a new home or anyone looking to refresh a space or room. I like to call it rejuvenation staging. We work with you step by step to refresh your space using proven staging techniques that go beyond the house sale.
Consultations: This is the first step for occupied homes. We will visit with the homeowners and go room by room compiling notes and taking pictures. Approx. 2 hrs and the take away is a written Action Plan for the homeowners.
Bids: For vacant homes. We will provide a written bid for requested staging (as little or as much as you would like) inclusive, if necessary, of furniture.
