Get to Know Hank Montgomery
My wife Jocelyn and I moved to Lake County 28 years ago to build a home in Spring Valley. With the help of friends, family and neighbors we built a little home, planted some fruit trees, and fell in love with Lake County. We have raised two amazing children during this time; Jack is an engineering major at CalPoly and Alice is an economics major at U.C. Santa Cruz. Our hope is that eventually they will move back to Lake County, we believe there is no finer place to raise a family than right here in Lake County.
We love Lake County and are active in the community. Jocelyn is a Registered Nurse who has worked for Ukiah Valley Medical Center, Redbud Home Health, and People services, Inc. She is also a volunteer with the American Red Cross.
I have been involved in a great many community and educational endeavors over the last 25 years including serving on the Mental Health Advisory Board, Board of Directors of North Coast Opportunities, Board Member of the Private Industry Council and I am in my second term on the KONOCTI UNIFIED SCHOOL BOARD. I have also been an active parent serving on the Site Councils at Eastlake Elementary School, Oak Hill Middle School and Lower Lake High School. I have a strong commitment to our local schools and community.
While I am new to CENTURY 21 Crossroads, I am certainly not new to the "World of Real Estate"! Originally licensed in 1977, my wife Jocelyn and I have been buying and selling real estate in Lake County since 1980. In addition to being a Licensed Real Estate Agent...I am both a General Contractor and a Landscape Contractor. My extensive experience in Custom Homebuilding, Remodeling, Home Design and Property Inspection provide me with a unique perspective into the "World of Real Estate".
