| We would highly recommend using Pro-Stagers if you are considering selling your home. Guy Rioux came by for an initial walk-through where we highlighted some of the areas that we thought needed some attention. Our home was for the most part in very good condition, but even little jobs take a lot of time and effort. The beauty of hiring a professional like Guy is that he can get the job done in a minimal amount of time and done to a high standard. His attention to details and his knowledge of what potential buyers are looking for helped us sell our home in two days with five offers. | Dear Guy: Martin and I wanted to thank you for your assistance in selling our home so quickly. We were really impressed by your professionalism and your extensive home staging knowledge. After our home being on the market for 8 weeks with no interest, we were very discouraged that our house would ever sell. To be truthful, we were skeptical by your claims that the longest you had a staged house on the market was 30 days. But after less than a week of our staged home being relisted, we had an offer! For a minimal investment, we received a huge return in the form of peace of mind that the house was sold so quickly. I just wish I had known of your services earlier when we had listed our property.
