I have been a Realtor since 1987.  I have specialized in new home sales and construction, including holding a general contractors license and building custom homes.    I have spent the past five years focusing on investment real estate.  I worked as a mortgage orginator in order to gain experience in the creative financing in of the industry.  Real Estate has been my lifelong career, not just a secondary hobby.  It is said that if you ever find a job you love, you will never work another day.  This has truly been a vocation of love.  Nothing is more satisfying than putting a family in a home.  It is the one job where you affect the daily lives of people for years to come.
