One reason I love real estate, is helping people succeed. Buying a home is such an emotional and frustrating event for first time buyers, or imagine the enthusiasm coupled with the anxiety of a fledgling/beginning investor. I understand. I actually enjoy these clients more than my savvy experienced clients, as the personal satisfaction is greater for me.
I’ve been around the block, and I know how much it matters to someone new at buying or selling, at the same time, I appreciate the needs of someone who’s “been there, done that” that just needs their business and matters expedited and handled. Bottom line: Marty (my business partner) and I genuinely care about our clients, whether they are buying a 10k or a million dollar home, and that's why they keep coming back to us!

I work as part of a team with my business partner Marty Snyder.
Working as a team contributes to our effectiveness. While Marty oversees paperwork and negotiations, I specialize in research, data base management, advertising and marketing. Between the two of us, we can cover a lot of ground in a very short amount of time. Even literally; sometimes a client will call to see a home, if one of us has prior commitments, the other will show the home. Ever feel an agent was too busy to help you or non-responsive? Not our clients.
I keep an ongoing and frequently updated data base buyers we work with, when we list your home, I can sort my data base by location and price range to garner interest from our buyers. At the same time, when we find an exceptional value, I can do the same thing for a buyer. It benefits bother seller and buyer. I utilize innovative marketing techniques to raise awareness of our listings, and get our seller’s homes standing head and shoulders above the rest.
Marty and I also customize specific listing searches for our clients. I hear many times a day, people getting frustrated by visiting the myriad real estate sites, calling me about a home only to find out it’s expired, not for sale, or the price advertised is not current. We customize listing searches for our clients based on their wish list, and send them only active, accurate and up to date homes for sale. We pull the listings directly from the MLS (Multiple Listing System). This is where agents must, according to regulatory entities, enter a home or property for sale. This helps to ensure our clients only get active homes. Coupled with that, our clients have the benefit of being notified via email immediately when a home matching their search hits the market, giving them an excellent chance at being first to preview or to make an offer.

Marty and I also are committed to the follow up. It takes many, many phone calls and emails to retain a buyer or sellers interest, or help them, whether it’s educating them about the buying or selling process, or verifying they are receiving their customized listing search results, or just simply reminding them we are available to help.
We also keep very on top of changing laws, the best resources for Going Green, money saving innovations, and market trends. In negotiations themselves, we advocate strongly for our clients.
Marty and I are also committed to working in the best way possible with other agents. Sometimes in a deal under contract, things get difficult, we not only dedicate ourselves to best practices with our clients, but also with other agents and their clients.
