Hello I'm Erin Davis Selling GRAND...Shore to Shore for over 18 years...and loving it! As Broker/Owner of Grand View Realty, I am proud to say that I have been at the helm of one of South Grand Lake's top producing real estate offices for over 13 years. I hold the GRI and e-PRO designations. Although I  specialize in waterfront properties, I have just about as much experience in marketing and SELLING residential, commercial, and farm & ranch property in the GRAND LAKE area.

I KNOW Grand Lake, having spent many a weekend here before moving permantly to the area over 25 years ago. I have been married to Norm for over 30 years and one of our very first dates took place on the lake...water skiing. Since water skiing seems to be a thing of the past on Grand, we are now avid boaters and love our waverunners. In fact I have been known to meet customers and clients by water. Norm owns Grand View Homes, he is a residential builder and was instrumental in "suggesting" real estate as a perfect career for me.  Our son, Mack, graduated last year from Ketchum High School, so we have been very involved in the local school system as well.

I take my commitment to our community seriously, having  served on the South Grand Lake Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for two terms, and on the Grand Lake Association Board for two terms as well. My commitment to the Real Estate field includes having served as President of the local Realtor Board, recipient of the Rookie of the Year award from the same, and have served as a District VP for the Oklahoma State Board of Realtors as well as terms as State Director representing the Northeast Oklahoma Board of Realtors
