Main area of concentration is Chatham County a 707 square mile partly un-developed county which lies just South and West of the Realeigh/Durham/Chapel area and Research Triangle Park, NC. The county is bisected by US 15/501 on a North-South axis and by US 64 on and East-West axis. Several newer up-scale golf communities with a great public school system and a strong arts community.
Home of Jordan Lake for water recreation and boating. Abundant wildlife and unspoiled recreation areas.
I can help with relocaiton with properties from under $100,000 to over 1 million although some categories have limited inventory now but there are new housing starts and several custom builders for available subdivision lots or large land tracts and farms. This is a Horse Friendly area and there are usually small horse ready properties available.
